Please note there is no room service in the Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village. It is located within the Hilton Waikoloa Village resort, has its own pools and amenities and is just as close to the Conference Center as other Hilton Waikoloa Village towers.

Check-In/Out Time: Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 10:00 AM. All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel’s bell staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Early Departure Fee: There will be an early checkout fee (currently, $100.00). Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Parking: Current self-parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle, per day and is subject to change.

The Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land resort is perched among oceanfront golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Discover sand-bottomed pools, waterfalls, lava-rock scenery, and a lush lawn event area. This is another possibility, although a 34 minute walk (free shuttle service leaving the Kings’ Land stop every half hour and returning from Hilton Waikoloa Village last departure at 9:40 PM). Hali’i Kai is a gated condo community at Waikoloa Beach Resort. As can be seen in the aerial photos, the lengthy 29 acre complex consists of 24 buildings, 3 of which are ocean front. The community includes the private Ocean Club where guests can enjoy a fitness room, a lagoon style pool with waterfall, a kid’s pool, a hot tub, and the Ocean Club Bar & Grill Restaurant. Halii Kai also includes a basketball court and tennis court.

Whether you arrive by shuttle, taxi, ride share (Uber and Lyft are available at Kona Airport), or rental car, your trip from the airport will be relaxing and hassle-free—and our ‘aloha’ welcome will be as warm as the Hawaiian sun.
We recommend you arrive into Kona International Airport, which is 20 minutes away from the resort by car. Hilo Airport is about 1.5 hours away by car.

Turn left (north) onto Highway 19 for approximately 20 minutes. Continue until you see the Waikoloa Beach Drive turnoff to the left (west) of the highway. Along Waikoloa Beach Drive, you will pass five stop signs. Just after the fifth stop sign, you will see the entrance to Hilton Waikoloa Village® on the left.
